• Pre-test carpet fibres to see which chemicals and method is best for your specific carpet
• Hoover a thorough vacuum is carried out which removes as much soiling as possible and also lets me see if there are any specific stains or soiling applied
• After testing carpet fibres and looking at the level of soiling a pre-spray is applied to break down soiling wherever possible a wool-safe chemical is used to ensure no damage to the carpet but if the condition of the carpet is heavily soiled a stronger chemical is used.
• Furniture tabs applied  to ensure no stain runs and damages the carpet
• The pre-spray is then agitated into the carpet to break down soiling this is done by machine or a carpet brush.
• Any specific spots or stains are then worked on 
• Rinsed the carpets are given a thorough rinse with a neutral ph chemical and soiling are taken away.
• Driers applied whilst other rooms are rinsed.
• Protector if the customer has requested a carpet protector we apply a stainsheild which will mean longer between cleaning and help with spots or stains which occur as we all know accidents happen.
• Driers applied again to speed up the drying process
• Spot remover left and a clear plan of how to tackle spots or stains should they happen.
• All equipment removed furniture put back where possible and windows left open to finish the drying process.
