How AVS Cleans & Restores carry out Oak floor sanding Great Park Gosforth

- finish the edging with finer grit sandpaper
- using a finishing sander we use a mesh disc 120 grit
- Stain the floor if applicable using oil or water-based stain
- Apply the finish whether it is an oil finish or a lacquer.
